Apart from the keynote speech, the conference will be held in German.
The Industrial Policy Lab's annual conference brings together leading economists, policymakers, and representatives from business and civil society to discuss the role of industrial policy in a changing world. The debates will focus on topics such as geopolitical resilience, strategic innovation, the ramp-up of the hydrogen economy, the defense industry, European industrial policy, and technological sovereignty.
At a time when industrial policy is gaining importance worldwide, the Industrial Policy Lab sees itself as a bridge between evidence-based research and political practice. The event provides a space for open discussion, analytical depth, and exchange on current political strategies.
