Creating a sustainable future: a stakeholder-centric approach

A presentation by CB Bhattacharya (Professor of Organizations & Entrepreneurship and Marketing and Business Economics, University of Pittsburgh). This event is part of the Sustainability Colloquium hosted by the Centre for Sustainability.

Join us for a colloquium with CB Bhattacharya, who will challenge conventional corporate approaches to sustainability and present a stakeholder-centric pathway for making progress. Despite increasing sustainability rhetoric, global environmental indicators continue to worsen, revealing that companies often treat sustainability as a cost rather than an investment. Drawing on thirty years of research, Bhattacharya will outline how corporations can benefit financially from integrating environmental and social considerations into all levels of business decision-making.

Following the presentation, attendees will have the chance to discuss and ask questions.
