Latica Tomašić Kickert is a Leadership expert and lecturer training executives, founders, activists and graduate students across six continents. She focuses on complex situations requiring systemic change, and strategies for overcoming resistance to it. She has further developed applications of Adaptive Leadership in government and diplomacy, startups, peace building, non-profits and for women leaders.
Ms. Tomašić Kickert is the recipient of the Harvard Kennedy School Award for Excellence in Teaching and has taught at Harvard, Hertie School, LUISS and ETH among others. Her work draws on twenty years of experience in government and international non-profits, including as President of the Women’s International Forum.
Latica holds an MCMPA from Harvard Kennedy School, USA; an MA in Architecture from University of Zagreb, Croatia; Certificat des Hautes Études Européennes from the ENA (INSP) France; and a Certificate in International Economic Issues and Development Policy from ITEC, India.
