This course will focus on three main issues: the analysis of conflict, and its solution through the methods of negotiation and mediation. It will focus on practical experiences and give concrete tools for analysing mediation from the outside and be an effective mediator, as well as for being a more effective negotiator when in a competitive negotiation situation. The course will focus less on theory than on tools that are directly usable from the outset.
