Rudranshi is a Master of Data Science for Public Policy student at the Hertie School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Delhi and brings four years of experience across impact consulting and public health. Before joining Hertie, she worked with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), partnering with government departments to design and implement programs aimed at reducing India’s tuberculosis burden. Her work centered on developing data systems that strengthened early-stage implementation, improved monitoring, and informed scale-up decisions. She also worked with Sattva Consulting on evaluating large social programs across education, livelihoods, and agriculture. These experiences shaped her commitment to using data to improve public service delivery and build more responsive, equitable institutions. At Hertie, Rudranshi is looking to deepen her technical skills while learning from a diverse global cohort. Outside her coursework, she enjoys discovering good food spots in Berlin and exploring new cities across Europe. She is also slowly but determinedly expanding her German vocabulary, often with the help of friendly conversations during travels.
